1. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and does not apply to already discounted items.
   
   
2. The card is for the named cardholder only.
   
   
3. For in-store purchases, please proceed to Cash Counter in Kinokuniya Australia stores. Please present your card prior to payment for in-store transactions. 
   
   
4. For online purchases, please add your membership number to your online account profile before ordering.
   
   
5. The card remains the property of Kinokuniya Bookstores of Australia and membership privileges or terms may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
   
   
6. Misuse of the card may result in confiscation.
   
   
7. Lost or damaged cards can be replaced for a $5 fee.
